Welcome!
The Cape May Point Science Center is dedicated to providing unique opportunities and funding for environmental advocacy, education, and research.
The Science Center is open for tours in October, tours will be offered Fridays - Mondays. We will have tours Friday 11/1 - Monday 11/4 and then will close for the season. Come on a tour and learn about the rich history and ecological significance of Cape May Point, the unique history of our building and how we support vital scientific research in the area.
In the middle of the Atlantic flyway, a special building with a rich history is being preserved to become a world-class environmental science center. What has served throughout the centuries as a hotel, hospital, and religious retreat is becoming a beacon for research, education, funding, and advocacy opportunities at one of the most renowned ecological intersections of marine, insect, and avian species.
As a non-profit organization, The Center depends on the generosity of our donors to make our mission possible.

The Signal and The Noise
In March of 2023, the Cape May Point ‘Orca’stra came together to record the song The Signal and The Noise. This is a song that themes around migration and is what the Cape May Point Science Center stands for. Check out the official music video that was filmed here at the CMPSC below.
