In the middle of the Atlantic flyway, a special building with a rich history is being preserved as a world-class environmental science center. What has served throughout the last 135 years as a hotel, religious retreat center and military support facility is becoming a beacon for research support, education, and advocacy opportunities at one of the most renowned ecological intersections of marine, insect, and avian species.

As a non-profit organization, The Center depends on the generosity of our donors to make our mission possible.
